💝 How to donate: Bring items with you when you come to the studio for an event, or you can drop them off in a bin that will be on the side of the garage. I will sort and distribute to local families and shelters in need. Every gift, big or small, helps restore warmth, nourishment and hope.

In this class, we will begin with breathwork (pranayama) to begin slowing down and quieting the mind. We will then transition into a slow flow yoga practice with a focus on connecting our conscious breath with movement. Moving with ease from one pose (asana) to another, working to improve posture, flexibility, range of motion and balance. This class is designed to create space and ease tension, leaving you feeling relaxed.

Come relax in a warm cozy candlelit studio. I love sharing this amazing healing sound with you to help raise your vibration, raise the vibration of our communities and the world.
All you have to do is lie back to receive the deep resonating sounds of the gongs. An effective way to gather the monkey mind and simply settle down to enjoy a healing, the stillness and slip away into sweet nothingness.
Excellent for all physical levels.
All a listener needs to do is relax and let the sound bathe the body and carry the mind into deep meditation.
The sound of the gong can be used to rebalance and tone the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. It is an excellent therapy for stress related issues, depression, fatigue, anger and hostility, feelings of fear, separation and loneliness, along with many other conditions related to the lack of balance and harmony in the body.
